😷 COVID Handling Info: Where possible, I wipe down all items with alcohol prior to packing them up for shipment. I also wear gloves and a mask while doing so, just to be extra safe and for peace of mind. If you have any concerns, please feel free to check in with me!
The items in this shop are handmade by me, a (mostly) human with typical human dexterity. This means the items are each one of a kind and there may be some natural imperfections that don’t affect the functionality of the piece.
It also means the items may be delicate and should be handled with care.
This is all part of the charm of buying handmade! If that’s not your thing, that's totally cool, but it means you should probably head to a different shop.
Any large imperfections that affect the overall item quality and/or functionality will be clearly marked and the price discounted! This may be “B-Grade”, “C-Grade”, or other clearly-defined label and/or description explaining the issue. I will do my very best to make sure you know what you’re buying! If you have any questions about any of the items, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Unless otherwise stated in a particular item description, please allow up to 2 weeks for me to create made-to-order items for you.
Sorry! I’m really happy you like my creations and want to commission a piece of your own, however I can’t accept custom orders at the moment due to my schedule. But if you have a design suggestion for a future item, please feel free to hit me up!
I’m a one-woman operation and carefully package orders as fast as my hands will let me. I ship every Tuesday and Thursday and do my very best to get your order to you ASAP!
Standard processing time is 1-3 days for in-stock items, with the following caveats:
- Friday/weekend orders ship the following Tuesday so add an extra day or two.
- If there are any “made-to-order” items included in your order, the whole order will ship when those items are ready to go.
- While I do my best to ship on time, other delays can happen due to things like order traffic, supply chain, or my “day job”. On the rare occasion this occurs, I’ll keep you updated. Thank you for your patience!
Rates & Transit Times
Orders are shipped via USPS and rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and weight, with tracking included on all packages.
Here’s a handy table for you with starting rates for a single smaller item (e.g. one charm or keycap) for your reference.

* Packages normally arrive at the destination country in 2-3 weeks but can take a while to make it through customs.
Please note that there are shipping delays across the board due to the pandemic. You can watch your item using the tracking number and contact the post office if you have any issues. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
All customs/duties/VAT/etc. are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country’s customs policies before ordering!
I get requests to mark packages as gift and/or lower the reported value to try and reduce customs fees. I’m sorry but this is not something I can do. (It’s a federal offense here in the US and could lead to fines or jail time.)
If you place multiple orders with in-stock items that have not been packaged before my next shipping day, I’ll condense them into as few packages as possible and refund any extra shipping charges you paid!
Wear & Tear
As mentioned probably too many times already, these handmade items are delicate and should be treated with care! Any wear and tear or misuse of an item is the responsibility of the buyer.
All handmade products are clearly described and any existing imperfections clearly explained so you know what you’re purchasing! Because of this, all sales are final and refunds/returns are not accepted.

Once your package leaves my hands for shipping, I will not be held responsible for any damage or loss by the shipping service. If your package doesn’t arrive when you expect, please contact them with your tracking number so they can help you!
